    I completed the 21 day Hatha Yoga Bliss program at Yoga Sadhana. I must say in the 21 days, I have had a deeper experience of yoga that went beyond the physical benefits of practising yoga. Hatha Yoga was taught to us with utmost respect toward this ancient technology of well being. I have never heard an explanation of Yoga in the way it was explained here, and by explanation I just don't mean the correctness of the postures and breathing pattern. We also learnt the basic science and purpose behind practising the techniques. I feel grateful to have found Yoga Sadhana and Abhishek, because I don't think I would have gained so much from the program, had it not been for his dedication and passion. I would highly recommended this program to all.
